Round Hollow Structural Sections to ASTM A500 are circular tube profiles prized for their equal strength in every direction and their clean, architectural appearance — common in exposed columns, handrails and balustrades, bollards, and diagonal bracing where a compact, uniform member is wanted. Their closed circular shape gives excellent resistance to buckling and torsion for their weight, and their round profile sheds water and debris naturally in exterior applications.
